The tolerance class shall be stated on the drawing or the contract document. If the tolerance class is not specified, the following class shall be applied as per the common practice.

ISO 2768-1, Tolerance Class: m
ISO 2768-2, Tolerance Class: K
ISO 13920, Tolerance Class: B & F

The QC inspector cannot decide the tolerance class for the acceptance criteria. Prior to the dimension inspection, the QC inspector and the buyer's engineer shall discuss the applicable tolerance class. If the discussion is not possible due to the several reason, the applicable tolerance class shall be stated in the inspection report after the dimension inspection.
