STD-ITP-0001_Standard ITP

Third Party Inspection (TPI), Vendor Inspection and Shop Inspection are carried out in accordance with the inspection and test plan (ITP). Basically, ITP is written by the manufacturer QC engineer. The ITP is submitted to the purchaser for the purchaser's review or approval.

STD-ITP-0001 is providing the standard ITPs of general equipment or items for supporting the QC engineers of Manufacturer, Supplier, EPC contractor and Company (End User).

The standard ITP consist of the following inspections and tests;
  1. Material Inspection
  2. Visual & Dimension Inspection
  3. Function Test or Performance Test
  4. Paint Inspection
  5. Packing Inspection
  6. IRC(Inspection Release Certificate)
